Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 23 June 2026

We want you to be comfortable using VakilHub. This policy explains when and how you can cancel a service and how refunds are handled. It applies to services arranged through Greenflux Innovations Private Limited (“VakilHub”).

Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation by writing to contact@vakilhub.in with your name and service details.
  • Cancellation requests made before work has begun are eligible for a full refund of professional fees.
  • Once work has begun (drafting, document preparation or filing), professional fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the portion of work not yet performed.

Government and statutory charges

Government fees, stamp duty, notary charges, gazette fees and similar statutory payments are non-refundable once they have been paid to the relevant authority, as these are outside our control.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary by bank or payment provider.

Service delays

Many timelines depend on government offices and third parties. Delays caused by such authorities are not grounds for a refund of statutory charges, though we will always keep you informed and assist wherever possible.

How to request a refund

Email contact@vakilhub.in or call +91-90043-43547 with your details. We will review and respond promptly.
