VakilHub is a facilitation platform that helps you with legal documentation and registration by connecting you with independent, bar-registered advocates and managing the paperwork and process. VakilHub is not a law firm, and using our platform does not create an advocate–client relationship between you and VakilHub. The legal work is performed by qualified, independent advocates.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services.

Quotes, fees and payments

• We provide a fixed professional fee after reviewing your requirement.
• Government, stamp-duty, notary and similar statutory charges are separate and are passed on at actuals.
• Fees are payable as communicated at the time of confirmation. Work begins after confirmation.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents.
• Cooperate with appointments, verifications and signatures required to complete your service.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold VakilHub harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
